Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in the Santa Teresa, NM / El Paso, TX area. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Delays
OSLO ACS LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at oslo.acs@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
