Return and Refund Policy – OSLO ACS LLC

Thank you for shopping with OSLO ACS LLC. Our priority is to provide high-quality HVAC equipment and excellent customer service. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components

  • Be in the same condition as received

Installed, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return.
This includes minisplits that have been opened, mounted, charged with refrigerant, or show signs of installation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed or used HVAC units

  • Items missing parts, packaging, or accessories

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or installation

  • Clearance or final-sale items

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at oslo.acs@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the unit and packaging

Our team will review the request and provide instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Ensuring the product is securely packaged

OSLO ACS LLC is not responsible for items damaged during return transit.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of the refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at oslo.acs@gmail.com with:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Order details

We will evaluate the case and provide a replacement or solution.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
A new order must be placed after the return (if eligible) is processed.
